We currently ship to:

  • The United Kingdom
  • International destinations worldwide

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using small or large parcel services.

United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 11–15 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Royal Mail small and large parcel rates
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £90

Order Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with tracking
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • High demand periods

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit:

Please note:

  • Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery date
  • Resolution (replacement or refund) will be processed once the courier investigation is complete

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
    • The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs
